Ingredients
- 1 Idahoan Baby Reds Mashed Potatoes Cup
- Cooked leftover steak, diced into small pieces.
- 1 package of crumbled bleu cheese.
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Idahoan Baby Reds Mashed Potatoes Cup according to the package instructions.
- Reheat the diced steak in a microwave or on a stove top.
- Scoop the desired amount of steak pieces and bleu cheese crumbles onto the top of the mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
